Footnote .....
This web site (launched 14 March 2007) has evolved from pages on other sites that I have constructed in the past:
Field Target in the South-West
- launched Nov 1998, deleted just prior to 15 Nov 2000, to make way for .....SWEFTA - South West England Field Target Association
- launched 15 Nov 2000, deleted 4 Nov 2006Shooting STARS - Shooting - Steel Target Air Rifle Sports
- launched 16 Dec 2002, deleted 10 Mar 2007Dartmoor CAM - one original page survives, see the "Cornwall" link at top right corner of each page
- launched 12 Feb 2007, current
Some material and ideas have transferred through these iterations back to Nov. 1998, when tape streamers were used for backup and before CD writers, and, later, DVD burners, were available.
One of the original pages is still on the web and is copied on this site via the Cornwall link (top right of each page) and on the Dartmoor CAM web site (Cornwall link, again top right on each page). Other aspects have been re-written and undergone transformations since 1998.
Note from Simon Avery, 2024:
Sadly, Keith passed away in 2022 but before his death, he asked me to take on hosting his sites. I've done this freely as I recognise the value they provide. I will continue to do so for as long I can.
Keith assigned all Copyrights and other rights on this content over to me at that point, so please direct any such queries to me. ([email protected])
